Hi, I’m Tyler Cox: Wife, mom, neighbor, home bakery owner, and cottage food producer. I started Simply Sweet Bakery MN in 2020 with the mission of bringing more joy, connection, and satisfaction to others through desserts. Food is more than just simple ingredients; it is a universal language that bonds us in kindness and memories. With reliable family recipes and friendly client relationships, I am honored to serve east central MN and make ordinary days extraordinary with quality, hand-crafted desserts. Many memories and relationships have grown from bright boxes of macarons, celebratory wedding cakes, and fun cookie decorating classes.

In 2024, the quality of my baked goods is only improving as I am transitioning to heritage flour from Sunrise Flour Mill!  I am also working to make dye-free options for macarons.

Simply Sweet Bakery has also had the privilege of supporting many other small and women-owned businesses in the Cambridge and Braham area with partnerships and collaborations through the years. As this bakery grows, I look forward to strengthening community connections as I adjust to the current desires of east central MN and the ways that a delicious dessert can positively impact people individually and as a whole.
