Hi, I’m Tyler Cox: wife, mom, neighbor, and home baker. I started Simply Sweet Bakery MN (soon to be Biddy Bakehouse) in 2020 with the mission of spreading joy and connection through desserts.

From macarons to wedding cakes, every treat is hand-crafted with care, using local Sunrise Mill flour and now offering dye-free options. Serving east central MN, I’m honored to make ordinary days extraordinary while supporting the community and small businesses.
